Introduction

At ChatsFlow, we offer subscription-based access to our software services. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.

Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments once they have been processed. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 14 days of the initial transaction. To request a refund, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link in your account dashboard, which will direct you to the secure Paddle Customer Portal. Alternatively, you can contact our support team via our Contact Us page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Billing

All payments, billing issues, and disputes are handled by Paddle, our payment provider.
