These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChatsFlow platform ("ChatsFlow", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using ChatsFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind the organization you represent. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep credentials secure.

5. Free Trial

ChatsFlow currently offers a 7-day free trial with temporary access to the Service’s functionality. Trial terms may change at our discretion.

At the end of the trial: Access to the Service may be suspended. You are welcome to Contact Us to discuss continued use of the Service and further cooperation. Customer data may be retained for an additional 7 days after trial expiration to allow for service continuation. If no agreement is reached, data may be deleted after this period according to our data retention policies.

6. Fees and Billing

At present, ChatsFlow does not charge fees. When fees are introduced, we will provide notice and updated terms. Billing, refunds, and cancellations will be described in the then-current billing policy.

ChatsFlow and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and related intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of the data they submit to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ChatsFlow does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatsFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatsFlow from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination and Suspension

Either party may cease using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or as required by law. On termination, access to stored data may be disabled. Data retention and deletion policies apply.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For instance, we may need to change these Terms if we introduce a new feature or for other reasons. Whenever we make changes to these Terms, the changes are effective 30 days after we post the revised Terms (indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms). It is your responsibility to check ChatsFlow site for changes to these Terms. If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.

These Terms are intended to be neutral and not tied to a single jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved by a competent court selected by the ChatsFlow operator. The choice of court shall not deprive the Customer of any rights under applicable mandatory law.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, such as messaging services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. ChatsFlow is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

You acknowledge that third-party platforms may suspend, block, or terminate your accounts, or change their features or terms in a way that impacts your use of the Service. ChatsFlow is not liable for any such actions or changes, nor for any inability to access or use the Service resulting from them.
